Our Pastor/Founder

      Pastor Tyrrell M. Brown Sr.  Pastor Tyrrell M. Brown Sr. is the Founder and Senior Pastor of Shyne Your L.I.F.E. Light Ministries, Inc. and the visionary behind Breaking Bread Discipleship and the Brother2Brother MENistry (B2B). His life's mission is to make mature disciples of Jesus Christ through biblical teaching, intentional mentoring, and Christ-centered leadership, fulfilling the Great Commission of Matthew 28:19–20.  

    A retired United States Army veteran with more than twenty-two years of honorable service, Pastor Brown has devoted his post-military life to serving Christ, strengthening churches, and equipping believers to walk faithfully with the Lord. His ministry is marked by a pastor's heart, a teacher's precision, and a disciple-maker's commitment to developing spiritually healthy followers of Jesus Christ.  

    Pastor Brown emphasizes that Christianity is more than attending church—it is a lifelong journey of knowing Christ, obeying His Word, and becoming more like Him. Through Breaking Bread Discipleship, he encourages believers to cultivate daily communion with God through Scripture, structured prayer, worship, fellowship, and faithful obedience. 

   His teaching continually points people to Christ alone as Savior, Lord, and the source of transformed living.  He is the author and developer of discipleship resources, including the Brother2Brother MENistry Training Manual and the Structured Prayer Workbook, designed to help believers establish a consistent and intimate relationship with God through His Word and prayer.  

Pastor Brown is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Christian Leadership and Management through Liberty University, further preparing himself for effective ministry and leadership. He remains committed to lifelong learning, sound biblical doctrine, and equipping the next generation of Christian leaders.  

He is joyfully married to Evangelist Gladys P. Bowden-Brown, and together they labor in ministry with a shared passion for seeing lives transformed by the Gospel of Jesus Christ.  Pastor Brown's ministry is anchored in the words of Jesus:  "Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works and glorify your Father which is in heaven." — Matthew 5:16 (KJV)  

His personal prayer and ministry motto remain:  Soli Deo Gloria — To God Alone Be the Glory.
